Durbin Creek Animal Hospital has pet wellness plans! We have plans for puppies, kittens, adult dogs and adult cats. Each plan includes all the routine preventative care your pet needs for the year, plus benefits like one full diagnostics (bloodwork, urinalysis and x-rays) OR one dental cleaning, x-rays, exams and nail trims.
One of the benefits our plans offer is peace of mind. Having your pet on a plan saves time, money and worry when it comes to their veterinary care. Our plans automatically include all of the services we would normally recommend for your pet to keep them in good health. If you have an unexpected illness or emergency, the office visit will be free and the services will be discounted. Payment is simple and helps with budgeting. Plus, you always know your pet will be treated compassionately by Dr. Hugh and our excellent staff.

$600/year, or $50/month for 12 months, no enrollment fee!
Puppy Wellness Plan
Includes physical exams at 6-8, 9-12, and 14-16 weeks and 5-6 months of age. Includes rabies vaccine, rabies tag and license, 3 separate distemper vaccines, bordetella vaccine, two fecal parasite screenings, two dewormings, microchipping, and spay or neuter surgery. Also includes unlimited sick visits, unlimited nail trims, and 10% off products and all other services.
Kitten Wellness Plan
Includes physical exams at 2, 3, 4 and 6 months of age, rabies vaccine, rabies tag and license, 3 separate feline distemper vaccines, feline leukemia vaccine, feline leukemia test, 2 fecal parasite screenings, 2 dewormings, microchipping, and spay or neuter surgery. Also includes unlimited sick visits, unlimited nail trims, and 10% off all other products and services.
Adult Dog Wellness Plan
Includes annual physical exam, 3 year rabies vaccine, 3 year distemper vaccine, bordetella vaccine, leptospirosis vaccine, heartworm test, fecal parasite screening, and either one full diagnostics (bloodwork, urinalysis and x-rays) OR a comprehensive dental cleaning under anesthesia. Also includes unlimited sick visits, unlimited nail trims, and 10% off products and all other services.
Adult Cat Wellness Plan
Includes annual physical exam, 3 year rabies vaccine, 3 year feline distemper vaccine, feline leukemia vaccine, FeLV/FIV test, fecal parasite screening, and either full diagnostics (bloodwork, urinalysis and x-rays) OR a comprehensive dental cleaning under anesthesia. Also includes unlimited sick visits, unlimited nail trims, and 10% off products and all other services.
